    If I have a limited in house lab, what should I look for when selecting an independent quality assurance center or food testing lab for pasta products? Are their certain standards they use, accreditations they should have, equipment they should have or test they should be able to perform? This would be for cooked ready-to-eat with ravioli or tortellini, both meat and cheese filled.
